• No dream or goal is too big

  • You are the superhero of your own journey

  • Trust the process

CHALLENGE – Daily state at least 3 things you're grateful for, 3 things you've overcome or achieved and 3 goals you have (for the day, short-term or long-term)

My messages from the Seoul are quick affirmations, statements and suggestions to get you thinking and bring you out of your comfort zone sometimes. It is my hope that you’ll take what I’ve said and internalize it; carving out a space and move that aligns with who you are as an individual. I also realize that sometimes people want to dig deeper and develop a more concrete understanding of the ideas being presented. That’s why I like to follow up my messages with a brief breakdown of what I’m trying to convey to you, and ways I’ve utilized these concepts to grow personally and professionally.

No dream or goal is too big. The caveat is your perseverance, resiliency and perspective. You may have tried to manifest one million dollars last year while you hustled and grew. Because there isn't one million dollars in your bank account doesn't mean you failed. You may have build a foundation or put things in motion to receive your mil ticket next year or the year after that.

That's the catch; between instant gratification, filters and perceived reality, we constantly allow outside energies and images to dictate our status, happiness and journey. We rely on fitting in and going through the accepted motions to survive. Or, in many cases convince ourselves that we are not worthy or prepared for success, love, acceptance and freedom. Although there are no cheat codes, the things, people and accolades we so desperately search for are actually within us.

We all possess super powers. We are our own heroes villains and sidekicks. Through divine connections to our divinities or external energies, our strength is activated through vertical alignment. Many of the people you may view as successful have tapped into that at some point. Their own internal battle and struggle may skew their perception or journey and even cause them to doubt themselves. There are those who can see or have seen that power and are overwhelmed and don't want to take on that responsibility or accountability. And, there are those who struggle to believe they have it in them at all.

Whoever you are, and wherever you are in your journey, know that you are worthy, you are human and you are imperfectly perfect. We all excel at something; we all carry a brilliance in us. I challenge you to wake up every day and affirm 3 things you're grateful for, acknowledge 3 things you've achieved in your life and speak 3 goals into existence.

Reality is your perception plus experience divided by your mind, body and soul. The little things add up when you trust the process. Believe divine energy can exists, believe in humanity, but most importantly, believe in yourself.

  • We are all super heroes, villains and sidekicks

  • Your super powers are activated by divine or external energy

  • You dictate your own reality

  • Affirm who you are, how far you've come and where you're going
